We believe that investments in operating assets will benefit from active oversight by the GEI team. We seek projects managed by experienced developers and then provide the support and resources to maximize their capabilities. We monitor our portfolio projects to ensure that the project developers are meeting their stated goals. We also provide operational, financial, and managerial guidance as needed through formal and informal working relationships.

We believe that our LPs are truly Partners and not merely investors. We view client reporting as merely the first step in our Investor Relations Program. We encourage our LPs to remain actively engaged throughout the investment process and actively seek their support and involvement.
